University Of Negros Occidental-Recoletos had the Memorandum of Understanding “MOU“ Signing with Seobyeon Middle School. The signing was held at the President’s Hall, 17 January 2014, Rev. Fr. Emeterio D. Buñao, OAR, University President and Mr. Lee Guk Hyun, Principal of Seobyeon Middle School inked the MOU and gave their respective messages. Present during the MOU signing ceremony were UNO-R Religious and Lay administrators, High School faculty and students, teacher Kim Hee Eon of Seobyeon Middle School, Mr. Kim Jung Won of Daegu Metropolitan Youth Center and Ms. Sim Jung Yoon of Daegu Metropolitan Youth Center.
