Louie Gabinete, OAR, Dr. Carlos Legaspi, Jr., and Mrs. Catherine Sebastian joined the other VP-SW’s, DSA’s and Scholarships’ Officers of the 4 big Recoletos Schools in the country for the 3rd-leg of the formulation of the Recoletos Educational Apostolate in the Philippines (REAP) Student Welfare Manual at San Sebastian College –Recoletos, Manila, October 2-4. The first leg was in Cebu and the second was in Bacolod. The next meeting will be at UNO-R, Bacolod on Oct. 27 – 29.
