The Human Resource Management Development Office conducted a Re-Orientation on the Policies and Guidelines of the University for Non-Teaching Personnel(NTP) and Academic Non-Teaching Personnel (ANTP), January 30, 2016,President’s Hall. The program started with the usual opening formalities. Ms. Nilda Jamili, MBA, Director of HRMDO, gave the opening remarks as well as the information with regards to ranking and offenses that the policy entails. On the other hand, Mr. Fritz Palma, gave the re-orientation for the NTP and ANTP. The policies and guidelines of the organization were approved by Rev. Fr. Walthrode B. Conde, OAR, Director of HRMDO.
