Two officials of Ibaraki Christian University (ICU) of Japan visited the university last February 15, 2019. Dr. Naomi Ueno and Ms. Jenny Numadate visited the university and discussed their plans pursue the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which was signed last March 2016 at UNO-R. Dr. Ueno is the Dean of the College of Literature while Ms. Numadate is a staff of the ICU Department of Contemporary English. They met with the Fray Don H. Besana, OAR, UNO-R President; Fray Alden Alipin, OAR, the Fr. VP for Academics; Dr. Carlos Eduardo Legaspi, Jr.; Engr. Christopher Taclobos; Dr. Clarita Lacson, CPA; Mrs. Aprilyn Gonzales; Dr. Nena Samillano and staff. The ICU representatives discussed on two possible programs that the university could undertake, the long-term and the short-term programs.
