UNO-R Representative to the search for Miss Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports Cultural and Educational Association (NOPSSCEA) 2019, Marione Angel Dela Minez was hailed as Ms. NOPSSCEA 2019 last February 21, 2019, at Ayala Mall Capitol Central, Bacolod City. Dela Minez is a model and a beauty queen from Mansilingan, Bacolod City bested all other candidates. Krishna Paula Salcedo (STI West Negros University) was crowned as Ms. Nopsscea- Education, (University of St. La Salle-Bacolod candidate was crowned as Ms. Nopsscea -Culture and Ronielyn Jochico (John B.
