The Department of Local Government –Region VI and the university inked a partnership for the 2019 Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS). In a short program held at the University President’s Hall, July 12, 2019, the Memorandum of Agreement was signed by Fray Don H. Besana, OAR and Atty. Ferdinand Panes, CESO V, Provincial Director, DILG Negros Occidental, representing Engr. Ariel O. Iglesia, CESO IV, Regional Director, DILG – Region VI. In the MOA, UNO-R is made as DILG Local Research Institute (LRI) and UNO-R will extend its technical expertise by providing a team of qualified experts to DILG in the conduct of the CSIS for the Municipality of Binalbagan. UNO-R will gather, interpret data and make the final report to be submitted to DILG.
