The Uno-Recoletos Faculty and Employees Mutual Aid Association Multi-purpose Cooperative holds its general assembly and election of officers today, January 8,2011 at the University Auditorium.
The assembly will commence at 12:30 with the invocation of BOD Carlos Legaspi, Jr. with BOD Fernando Flores to give the Welcome Address while Coop secretary Ma. Judy Legaspi will determine the quorum of the assembly.
FEMAA Chairman, Dr. Roy dela Torre, will deliver his annual report. This will be followed by reports from Miguela Gustilo, Coop Treasurer and Eva Torres, Coop Accountant. Atty. Arleen Medina will lead the ratification of the Articles of Cooperation and Bylaws. An Open Forum shall then follow.
Election for Board of directors and COMELEC will then follow.
Distribution of Dividends and Patronage refund will end the general assembly.
