The UNO-R High School opened its 2013 sportsfest with a search for Mr. and Ms. HS Sportsfest in the morning and cheerdance competitions in the afternoon of January 14, 2013 at the university gymnasium. Fr. Louie Gabinete, OAR opened the 2013 High School Sportsfest in the morning with his inspirational message while Rev. Fr. President gave the opening remarks in the afternoon competitions. Roi Christian Gatoc and Peah Angelica Diamante of the Seniors got the crown of Mr. and Ms. Sportsfest. The juniors got the crown in the Cheer Dance competition while the seniors, sophies and freshmen got the 2nd, 3rd and 4th places respectively.
