The Human Resource and Development Office(HRMDO) sponsored two seminars last January 22, 2010 – “ The Midlife Experience and Retirement Preparedness” and “ 8 Powers of Managing the Self and Leading Others”.
The seminar on “The Midlife Experience and Retirement Preparedness” was held at the President’s Hall and was participated by employees who age 40 and above. Resource Speaker was Mr. Earnest Tan, RGC. Meanwhile, a presentation of Model Program for Retirement was held in the afternoon of the same day. It was in partnership with the Asian Association of School HRMD Practitioners, Inc. (AASHPI).
The talk on “ 8 Powers of Managing the Self and Leading Others” was conducted to employees who age 40 and below. Mr. Juanito Luna, President and Founder of Proselpharmaceutical, Inc. was the Resource Speaker at the talk which was held at the Fr. Cuenca Hall.
