Mr. Ashraf Khater, a Chemical Engineering Graduate and THOS 2013Awardee is among the Regional finalists for the 2014 Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines –Region VI. From among the finalists, ten will be chosen on April 24 during the awarding ceremonies at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol. Mr. Khater will join 20 other finalists at SAEFDEC, Tigbauan, Iloilo for the Regional Formation Program from April 21 to April 25.
