The UNO-R Human Resource (HR) Department had their Seminar last January 17, 2019, 1:30-4:00 pm at President’s Hall. The program opened with a prayer and the singing of the Philippine National Anthem. Mrs. Avelyn Garcia talked on how to “Unleash your Highest Potential”. An open forum and giving of Tokens and Certificates followed the talk.
