College of Education alumnus Christian Miran is chosen as one of the thirty finalists to the search for the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP 2015). The university was honored by the sponsoring firm for honing and developing their students to be counted as one of the finalists to the search for the TOSP. Fr. President with the DSA and Miran received the certificate from Sec. Almendras, Sec. Licuanan, RFM Jose Concepcion and children Joey and Marie in a simple ceremony at the Heroes’ Hall of the Malacanang Palace, 30 July 2015.. The finalist was accompanied by the Dean of the UNO-R College of Education, Dr. Nena Samillano and mentor, Mrs. Ma. Judy B. Legaspi.
