Building on the foundation established during their preliminary face-to-face exploratory talks in Ho Chi Minh City,Vietnam last May, the University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos (UNO-R) and Cao Đẳng iSpace (iSpace Cybersecurity College) convened virtually to further flesh out collaborative academic and institutional initiatives.
The virtual follow-up meeting focused on translating early discussions into actionable programs in cybersecurity education, faculty exchange, and joint training opportunities. Dr. Jessica Minh Tâm, International Affairs Director of Cao Ðǎng iSpaces, reviewed potential framework agreements, curriculum integration strategies, and student development avenues aimed at strengthening tech-driven competencies across borders.
Among the highlights were student exchange opportunities for Criminal Justice Education, Nursing, Engineering, Information Technology, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Business, and Language and Communication; the co-hosting of international joint lectures and COIL lectures and workshops; and international research collaboration.
