The University of Negros Occidental –Recoletos School Board has appointed new lay administrators for academic year 2017-2018. The new administrators are: Rev. Fr. Abraham Latoza, OAR –Principal of the UNO-R Integrated School, Director of Basic Education, and VP-Religious Affairs; Rev. Fr. Persiuz Joseph Decena, OAR – Director of Religious Education, Director of Campus Ministry Office and University Chaplain; Dr. Owen Martir, CE – Dean of the College of Engineering and former Dean of the College of Education Dr. Ma. Riza T. Manalo is the new dean of Recoletos de Bacolod Graduate School. VP-Student Welfare, Fr. Louie Gabinete,OAR is appointed also as Director of Scholarships as per Memo #07. Dr. Carmenda Leonoras is appointed Associate Director Human Resource Development Office while former College of Engineering Dean, Engineer Christopher Taclobos is named as the new university Registrar. Former Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education Dr. Jasmin Parreňo is now appointed as Director of the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program
