The University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos joined the 2nd Catholic Educational Apostolate of the Philippines (CEAP)- Negros Island Region (NIR) training for CEAP member schools in the whole of Island at St. Paul’s University , Dumaguete City , Oct. 21-22, 2019. Mr. Lino Sumbillo Jr, RGC , UNO-R Guidance Counselor for School of Law & RBG and Ms. Sheila Dela Cruz ,UNO-R Director. of Libraries represented UNO-R. Sumbillo gave the Guidance Training for Non- Guidance Counselors while de la Cruz took charge of the training for Librarians Training for Non Librarians. This is CEAP’s program to assist small member schools, equiping their guidance & library staff w/ skills to efficiently deliver quality services to their clients. This was spearheaded by Fr.
