UNO-R is one of the winners in the Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports Cultural and Educational Association (NOPPSCEA) Contest on Outreach Project. The outreach project that was submitted by the College of Education earned merits from the NOPSSCEA Outreach Task Force chaired by Dr. Angelina J. Guinanao. The Outreach Coordinator of the College of Education is Mrs. Ma. Elena Y. Doruelo.
The ranking of awards will be announced during the Awarding Ceremony and NOPSSCEA Teacher’s Day on the 29th of January 2010 at the UNO-R Gymnasium. Certificate of Recognition and Cash will be given to the university during the awarding ceremony.
