The Offices of the Vice President for Academics and Planning and Quality Assurance closed the In-Service Training Program 2019 last May 31, 2019. The culminating activities opened with a Rosary and Mass at the oratory and were followed by a program at the President’s Hall. The formal culmination program opened with the remarks and inspirational message of Fray Jose Alden Alipin, OAR, VP-Academics. Dr. Mona Freda Secondes, RDO Director, presented the activity evaluation results. Distribution of Certificates to speakers, facilitators and participants was done by Dr. Elmer Haro and Fray Alipin. Dr. Haro, Director of PQA gave the closing remarks. The master of ceremonies for the activity was Dr. Nieves Pepito.
