The Campus Ministry Office held its annual faculty Recollection, February 11 and 12, 2016 at the Our Lady’s Hill Center of Spirituality. Rev. Fr. Lauro Larlar, OAR, member of “Team Servant of Prayer” and Rector of the Recoletos Formation Center in Quezon City, was the Speaker and spoke on “Augustinian Recollect Spirituality Exercises (ARSE)”. Fr. Larlar shared these three points for the recollections: an invitation for all to desire the joy that comes from the experience of being “encountered by God”; a journey in search of paths that lead to joy as a gift of the Spirit ( Joy of the Gospel); and a hope to experience the company of the Loving and Merciful God (Year of Mercy) by providing participants with Augustinian experiences of Interior life (prayer), discernment, and spiritual accompaniment. The full-time, permanent and probationary, faculty attended the recollection. 29 faculty members from the College of Arts and Sciences; College of Education and College of Information Technology faculty attended on February 11 recollection while 21 faculty members from the College of Engineering and College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences attended the February 12, 2016.
